A child was flown to a Nashville hospital after being bitten by a dog in Christian County Tuesday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Fire Department spokesman Michael Pendleton said a 5-year-old was bitten by a dog on Johnson Mill Road and suffered severe injuries to the ear.
The child was flown to Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville.
