A wreck on Interstate 24 at exit 89 blocked the westbound lanes and sent one person to the hospital Tuesday morning.
Emergency Personnel say multiple vehicles collided under the bridge for Kentucky 115 causing the westbound lanes to be blocked and one person to be taken to the hospital for head and leg injuries.
The full extent of the injuries remains unknown.
