A Hopkinsville woman reportedly told police someone broke into her home on South Campbell Street Saturday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say someone broke into a home owned by 64-year-old Brenda Jones and took copper wiring from a AC unit and the electrical box inside the home.
The suspect allegedly entered the home after removing wood around a window. No arrest has been made but the report lists the charges as second-degree burglary and first-degree criminal mischief.
