A Hopkinsville man was arrested on multiple warrants including failure to comply with the sex offender registry and trespassing on East 1st Street Sunday night.
Hopkinsville Police say on August 13th 72-year-old Roy Pluskis was seen peeking into a window where a 3-year-old was sleeping.
As police continued to investigate they reportedly found that he failed to change his address information with the sex offender registry.
Pluskis was also arrested on a warrant for contempt of court along with a fugitive warrant from the U.S. Marshals.
