A man was charged with theft of mail after he was allegedly caught taking a package off a doorstep Tuesday.
Hopkinsville Police say 26-year-old Taylor Honea was seen on camera taking a package from a doorstep on Kelby Court.
Honea was arrested on North Fowler Street Wednesday afternoon.
