Hopkinsville Community College is recognizing 109 full and part-time students for their academic achievement after they made the Dean’s and President’s Lists during the summer semester.
HCC officials say full-time students who earned at least a 3.5 grade point average (GPA) and successfully completed 12 hours or more of course work for the academic term qualify for the full-time Dean’s List, while students who have earned a 4.0 GPA and successfully completed at least 12 hours of course work qualified for the President’s List.
In addition, part-time students who earned at least a cumulative 3.5 GPA and successfully completed at least 15 semester credit hours of course work qualified for the part-time Dean’s list, and student’s who earned a 4.0 GPA and completed at least 18 semester credit hours qualified for the part-time President’s List.
According to officials, the summer 2019 semester list consists of 73 Kentucky residents, 30 Tennessee residents, and six residents from outside the region.
