A Hopkinsville man was charged with fleeing from police as they investigated a suspicious person report on Russellville Road Friday night.
Hopkinsville Police say 48-year-old Eddie Juckett fled from them when they arrived running behind the Circle K before falling down a hill and being arrested.
He is charged with second-degree fleeing or evading police. Juckett was also found to have a warrant for a parole violation.
