Storms that blew through the area Tuesday night sent a Dawson Springs man to an area hospital following a motorcycle accident.
Princeton Police Chief Chris King says that officers responded to a single-vehicle injury collision involving a motorcycle in the 1500 block of Dawson Springs Road around 6:16. He adds that the operator, 40-year-old Steven L. Howell, told officers he was operating a 1993 Harley Davidson motorcycle when strong storm winds caused him to lose control.
Howell was transported to Lourdes by Caldwell County EMS with non-life-threatening injuries.
Chief King notes that officers were assisted at the scene by the Princeton Fire Department.
