Hopkinsville Woman Charged With Possession Of Meth And Fleeing From Police 

A Hopkinsville woman was arrested after she reportedly fled from police on South Jessup Avenue Thursday morning.

Hopkinsville Police say they were investigating a suspicious person and 38-year-old Tonya Williams fled out of the home when police arrived.

A purse was reportedly found with meth and a glass pipe inside along with a phone that had a message saying it was Ms. Williams new number.

She is charged with first-degree possession of meth and second-degree fleeing or evading police.
