Elkton Police arrested a man on warrants and drug charges after a brief pursuit Friday.
The department reports 37-year old Robert Morgan of Elkton was arrested on several outstanding warrants. After a search of Morgan, he was also charged with his third offense of possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamine and fleeing and evading police on foot.
