A restaurant that opened in Hopkinsville nearly two years ago will be closing temporarily for some slight changes that include a change to management.
According to a post on the Brenda’s Snack Shack Facebook page, owner Brenda Hanson hopes the changes will help ensure that the community will continue to love and support the restaurant for many years to come. She adds it’s been a blessing and so much fun to have had the opportunity to create and build the restaurant from scratch.
Hanson notes it will be a bittersweet transition, but it is time to enter into a new chapter in her life.
Brenda’s Snack Shack opened in September of 2017 and is located at 3141 Canton Pike.
