Police have arrested a Benton man after he reportedly assaulted a woman on June 20th.
Kentucky State Police say 54-year-old Stephen Driver was located Wednesday after they received a tip from the public on his whereabouts.
Driver reportedly punched a woman causing severe injuries before she jumped from a moving vehicle on Energy Lake Road in Trigg County
He is charged with first-degree unlawful imprisonment, second-degree assault, and second-degree wanton endangerment.
Police have not released the name of the woman assaulted.
