Hopkinsville Man Charged With Assaulting Sister & Girlfriend

A Hopkinsville man was charged after he assaulted two women and took money from an apartment on Hancock Street Monday morning.  Hopkinsville Police say 23-year-old Jaleen Brown smacked his girlfriend in the back of the head, pushed his sister and threatened to hit his brother with a gun before fleeing the area.

Police noticed his vehicle in the area and stopped him. He was reportedly found to have money he took from the home. Brown is charged with third-degree terroristic threatening, theft by unlawful taking and two counts of fourth-degree assault.
