A traffic stop led police to arrest a Hopkinsville man and woman for trafficking meth Tuesday night.
Hopkinsville Police say 25-year-old Emily McKinnis was stopped on West 9th Street for a turn signal violation and police found syringes in a bag and meth under the spare tire.
McKinnis and her passenger 23-year-old Joseph Tyree were both charged with first-degree trafficking meth and possession of drug paraphernalia.
