Deputies have released more information about a wreck that injured a mother and her child on Interstate 24 Sunday night.
Christian County Sheriff’s Deputy Andy Spann said 23-year-old Tyler Murry of Missouri was eastbound three miles west of the Pennyrile Parkway exit when he attempted to change lanes to pass a tractor-trailer and hit 27-year-old Crystal Prowell of Tennessee.
Prowell was traveling 30 MPH with her hazard lights on due to just having a tire changed.
Prowell and her child 5-year-old Cassidy Bruton were taken by ambulance to Tennova Healthcare for non-life-threatening injuries.
