A Hopkinsville woman was arrested Thursday for allegedly assaulting another woman with a concrete rabbit back in April. Hopkinsville Police say on April 16, 18-year-old Jessica Over hit a woman in the head with a concrete rabbit, bit her on the arm and hit her with a chair.
The victim had to have several staples to close the wound on her head and stitches on her arm after the assault.
