Oak Grove Police are asking for the communities help to find a man they believe to be involved in a March 6th shooting.
Police are looking for 21-year-old Theodore Freeman who is described as a male, 6 foot 4 inches tall, weighing 190 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
He is believed to be in the Clarksville area but has family in Cincinnati, Ohio.
He is charged with first-degree assault in connection with a shooting that happened on Kentucky 911 where a man was shot in the arm and his vehicle was hit 7 times.
