A Hopkinsville man was charged with first-degree criminal mischief and alcohol intoxication after he reportedly damaged a vehicle Wednesday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say 35-year-old Frankie Burrus was found intoxicated and arguing with someone outside of a home on Spring Street just after 2 a.m.
Burrus reportedly admitted to police that he had two beers and jumped up and down on top of a vehicle causing over $1,000 in damage.
