A Hopkinsville man was charged with first-degree wanton endangerment and second-degree criminal mischief after a wreck Tuesday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say 42-year-old Gregory Fivecoat passed someone in the grass on East 9th Street at McLean Avenue then hit the vehicle as he re-entered the roadway.
Fivecoat reportedly told police the other driver was brake checking him.
