Cadiz Man Charged With DUI After Leaving Scene Of Crash

A Cadiz man has been arrested for a DUI after leaving the scene of an accident in Princeton on Saturday.

According to a Princeton Police report, officers responded to a single vehicle collision on Madisonville Street just before midnight. The report stated that the vehicle had struck a utility pole and the operator had fled the scene on foot.

Officers were able to locate the driver, 32-year-old Tory T. Arnold, a short distance from the vehicle. Arnold failed field sobriety tests and was taken into custody.

He was charged with DUI first offense, no insurance first offense, and no operator’s license.

Arnold was then lodged in the Caldwell County Jail.
