A Hopkinsville man was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition after a theft on East 7th Street Wednesday.
Hopkinsville Police report 27-year-old Cody Martin took a cable box and TV’s from a home at the 1700 block of East 7th Street.
Martin was located at the hospital and admitted to taking the items and told police he had been evicted.
