An Elkton woman was charged with possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia Wednesday afternoon.
Todd County Sheriff Tracy White said Deputy Tracey Mayberry was assisting another agency with an investigation on Greenville Road and found methamphetamine and prescription pain medication along with drug paraphernalia in the home.
39-year-old Cheryl Barnes reportedly admitted the drugs were hers and was charged with two counts of first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
