Two forged checks reportedly cashed at a Hopkinsville liquor store.
According to a Hopkinsville police report, someone cashed a check for $560 and $480 dollars belonging to 29-year-old Christian Smith of Clarksville at Place 1 Liquors on Fort Campbell Boulevard.
The person reportedly wrote the checks to themselves and forged Smith’s signature.
No arrest has been made but the report list charges as two counts of theft by deception and two counts of second-degree forgery.
