A man was arrested in Clarksville on a warrant for murder and first-degree robbery in connection with a Madisonville shooting.
According to a Madisonville police report, after police conducted interviews and collected evidence they were able to get a warrant for Mar’Keil Foster and he was arrested in Clarksville and extradited to Madisonville.
According to the News Edge archives on Monday night around 10:30 pm Dominick Yarbrough called police reporting his fiancee had been shot. Yarbrough was found outside the home on Sugg Street when police arrived and led them to his fiancee Ashley Egan who was found on the living room floor unresponsive.
Egan was taken to Baptist Health by ambulance but later died from her injuries. Yarbrough was also injured but the report does not list the type of injury.
