A woman was flown to an Evansville hospital after she hit a railroad vehicle on East 10th Street Thursday.
According to a Hopkinsville Police report, 33-year-old Brittany Johnson of Hopkinsville, was east on East 10th Street when she failed to stop for a railroad vehicle. Johnson’s car ran into the side of a vehicle driven by 60-year-old Tony Powell of Hopkinsville. Powell’s vehicle is a truck with rail wheels installed to travel on the railroad.
Johnson was flown to the hospital for injuries.
