Key And Builders Clubs Growing In Christian County

The Hopkinsville Kiwanis Club is teaching students what it means to serve others.

The club sponsors both the Key and Builders clubs throughout the Christian County Public Schools District. Both organizations do service projects to help improve the lives of others and to beautify the community.

President of the Heritage Christian Academy Club Allie Maternowski adds their club does at least one service project a month.

Koby Batts is the President of the Hopkinsville High School Key Club. Batts says their club has continued to grow since the organization’s inception in 2016.

All four high schools in Christian County have a Key Club organization.The Kiwanis Club has helped the Hopkinsville Middle School Builders Club by providing transportation to its after-school meetings. According to Principal Wendy Duval that has helped to grow their club.
