Monday, December 17 was the last Trigg County Fiscal Court meeting for long-time magistrate Donnie Tyler. Tyler served the 7th district of the county for over 25 years and did not run for re-election in 2018.
Tyler tells the News Edge he has enjoyed serving the county.

During the meeting, in which Tyler presided over, Judge-executive Hollis Alexander presented him with the 2018 Trigg County Rev. Dr. Tom Martin Community Service award.

Tyler thanked everyone including the former Judge-executives he has been able to work with during his years of service.
