One person was flown to an out-of-state hospital when a pickup truck collided with a snow plow in Muhlenberg County Tuesday morning.
According to Kentucky State Police, Kevin Wilson of Lewisport was driving a pickup truck northbound on US 431, north of Drakesboro, when he lost control on an ice covered bridge causing his truck to slide into the path of a southbound Department of Transportation snow plow driven by Michael Geary of Central City. Wilson’s truck was hit in the passenger side with the front of the snow plow.
Police say Wilson was flown to St. Vincent Hospital in Evansville and Geary was not hurt in the crash.
