An Evansville teen was arrested following a single-vehicle wreck Friday afternoon.
The Christian County Sheriff’s Office reports 19-year old Francisco Pablo-Lucas was driving northbound on the Pennyrile Parkway near the 10-mile marker when he swerved to avoid a deer but over-steered and struck a guardrail. While officers were speaking with Pablo-Lucas, it was reported a strong odor of alcoholic beverages could be smelled on his breath.
Pablo-Lucas was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Pablo-Lucas and his passenger 19-year old Diego Gomez of Evansville were uninjured in the accident.
