Groundbreaking Held For Gander Memorial Park

Several community members and Gander widows attended a groundbreaking at the renamed Gander Memorial Park Tuesday afternoon.

Hopkinsville Mayor Carter Hendricks says renaming the park from Fort Campbell Memorial Park is reassuring the commitment made by the city that the tragic event of December 12, 1985, will never be forgotten.
