Chilly conditions may have affected the attendance of the 42nd Annual Trigg County Country Ham Festival. Cadiz Public Works Director Kerry Fowler says the weather wasn’t what they ordered but the overall festival was great. However, compared to crowd attendance at past Ham Festivals, it appeared attendance was down this year.
