Two Women Hurt In Saturday Pennyrile Parkway Wreck

Two Clarksville women were injured in a single-vehicle wreck on the Pennyrile Parkway when the driver hit a deer.

The Christian County Sheriff’s Office released the report Thursday regarding the accident that occurred around 10:20 Saturday night at the 12-mile marker, a mile north of Hopkinsville. 38-year old Jessica Rosado was driving southbound when she tried to miss the deer, but as unable to do so. After the front end of her car hit the deer, she pulled into the emergency lane and called 911 for assistance.

Rosado and her passenger, 28-year old Tiffany Ellis were taken by ambulance to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for treatment of injuries.
