Kentucky Lottery is continuing to see strong sales and helping students across the Commonwealth. President and CEO Tom Delacenserie tells the News Edge they have a scratch-off ticket that is selling very well right now.
Delacenserie says you may have seen an increase this year in jackpots for the Mega Millions game. He attributes the increase because of two factors.
