WNKJ Missionary Radio in Hopkinsville will kick-off its three-day annual Care-A-Thon Thursday in order to raise funds for operations of the station.
General Manager Ken Cummins tells the News Edge the WNKJ has been on the air for 38 years and is a 100 percent listener funded Christian radio station.

He notes they hold two fundraisers a year — one in the spring and the Care-A-Thon which begins Thursday and continues through Saturday from 6 a.m. until 7 p.m, which he says will raise the bulk of the station’s operation funds for the coming year. Cummins says there are several ways you can make a donation.
