Four Suspects Charged In Todd County Murder

Four people have been arrested in connection to the murder of a Todd County man over the weekend.

Kentucky State Police spokesman Trooper Rob Austin says 31-year old Daniel Westbrook of Russellville is charged with one count of Murder, and 26-year old Brandi Scruggs of Guthrie, 36-year old Timmie Latham and 22-year old Faith Martin, both of Bowling Green, are charged with one count of Complicity to Murder and one count of Tampering with Physical Evidence. Westbrook and Scruggs are lodged in the Logan County Jail and Latham and Martin were booked into the Hart County Jail.

According to state police, troopers received a call of a suspicious vehicle on Stateline Road shortly after 4:30 Sunday afternoon where they discovered 47-year old Jerry Robertson of Guthrie had been fatally shot. He was pronounced dead at the scene by the Todd County Coroner.

Police say the investigation is ongoing.
