State Police, along with the mother of Trooper Cameron Ponder, held a memorial observance on the 3 year anniversary of Ponder’s death. The ceremony took place Thursday, on the side of Interstate 24 in Lyon County, at the site where Ponder was murdered three years ago. Below is a video from that ceremony.
