Motorcyclists Injured In Monday Hopkins County Crash

Two people were injured when their motorcycle was rear-ended by a vehicle on Nebo Road in Hopkins County Monday night. Deputies were dispatched to the injury wreck in the 8400 block around 8:10 p.m.

The Hopkins County Sheriff’s Office reports the preliminary investigation revealed Bradley Day, of Nebo, was operating a motorcycle northbound and slowed down to make a turn into a driveway when his bike was rear-ended by an SUV driven by Pamela English of Nebo. Deputies say Day and his passenger, Kimberly Brashear, were both injured and were not wearing helmets.

The report indicates Brashear was transported by ambulance to the emergency room at Baptist Health Madisonville for treatment. The report does not say if Day was taken to the hospital.
