A truck reported stolen from Hopkinsville was recovered Saturday night by Kentucky State Police, with the driver arrested on multiple charges. According to Kentucky State Police, Trooper Nathaniel Day stopped the driver of a 1996 Ford Ranger pick-up Saturday night around 7:10 while on routine patrol in Grand Rivers.
Trooper Day discovered the vehicle had been reported stolen out of Hopkinsville earlier. He arrested 45-year-old Jackie Lady of Princeton and charged him with DUI, Theft over $500 but under $10,000 and receiving stolen property under $10,000. Lady was lodged in the McCracken County Jail.
