A well-known real estate agency in Hopkinsville has a new name and franchise partner. Coldwell Banker Metronet is now Exit One Real Estate Metronet.
Principal Broker Gay Nell Rittenberry tells the News Edge she was little apprehensive about the change at first, but now she’s excited about all the things the Exit franchise has to offer.

One of the Exit franchise owners, Aaron Dwyer based in Nashville, says one of the great things Exit brings to the table is a lot of different ideas from a lot of different brands. He notes one of the things they are bringing to the area, which is the tip of the iceberg, is Smart Sign Technology.

He adds the other great thing they offer is Mobile Business Card Technology, which is free to every Exit agent.Rittenberry says she’s excited about Exit because it’s a step forward.

With Exit not having any ties in this area, Dwyer says it was important for them to find a company like Metronet who is reputable in the community.

Rittenberry wants to stress to the public everything is the same at the agency, except the name.
