Two People Hurt In Madisonville Wreck

Two people were hurt in a two-vehicle rear-end collision in Madisonville Tuesday afternoon.

According to Madisonville Police, 68-year old Gloria Prowse was stopped at the stop light at the intersection of North Main Street and Nebo Road around 12:30 p.m. when 28-year old Lacie Turner advised officers her foot slipped off the brake pedal and she collided into Prowse’s car.

Police say Prowse complained of pain in her chest from hitting the steering wheel and Turner complained of back and ankle pain. Both driver’s denied medical treatment on the scene, but advised officers they would seek medical attention via private vehicle.
