Assault & Criminal Mischief Among Grand Jury Indictments

The Christian County Grand Jury indicted two individuals for an alleged assault and criminal mischief that occurred in February.

36-year old Brandon Harris and 22-year old Stacey Przewoznik were indicted on charges of 1st Degree Criminal Mischief, 2nd Degree Attempted Assault and 2nd Degree Assault. Harris was also indicted for 3rd Degree Terroristic Threatening and 4th Degree Assault. The grand jury also indicted a third man, 51-year old Timothy Bingham, for 1st Degree Criminal Mischief in connection to the same incident.

According to the indictment, Harris, Przewoznik, and Bingham caused more than $1,000 damage to a vehicle on February 25 by hitting the vehicle with bottles and a pipe. The victim and her daughter had stopped at the residence to drop off a rider when Harris allegedly attempted to strike the woman’s daughter in the head with a pipe. The indictment Harris hit the mother with the pipe and Przewoznik hit her with a bottle. The woman was injured and reportedly had to receive medical treatment.

The grand jury also indicted 55-year old Richard McGregor, Jr. on charges of 3rd Degree Burglary and 2nd Degree Criminal Mischief. The charges stem from March 25 when he allegedly entered the business of the victim and forced his way into the office. The indictment indicates McGregor then took a bag of cleaning supplies and broke into an arcade machine and removed the currency.
