A Hopkinsville woman was injured in a three vehicle wreck at Lovers Lane and Lafayette Road Sunday afternoon.
The Christian County Sheriff’s Department reports the crash happened shortly after 12:30 p.m. when 24-year old Crystal Jones of Clarksville was attempting to turn off Lovers Lane onto Lafayette Road and pulled into the path of a northbound vehicle on Lafayette Road driven by 89-year old Mary Barr of Hopkinsville. After impact, deputies say Barr’s car crossed the center line and collided with an SUV driven by 57-year old Gregory Bader of Hopkinsville, who was traveling southbound on Lafayette Road.
Barr was transported by ambulance to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for treatment of injuries. Her 10-year old passenger, Jones, and Bader were not injured in the collision.
