FNB Bank recently donated thousands of dollars to two community agencies as a result of its 2017-18 philanthropic fundraising efforts in Trigg County. Both Trigg County Rotary and Relay for Life each received $2,000 to assist with their overall fundraising efforts and daily mission of serving the Cadiz community, according to FNB Marketing Coordinator Brooke Wiles.
She says in the release FNB employees coordinated and participated in numerous fundraising events benefiting the two organizations. In October of last year, FNB hosted the 5th Annual Holiday Shopping Extravaganza at the Trigg County Recreation Complex with over 40 regional vendors. All booth rental proceeds were split between the two organizations. In April, the bank and Slow-N-Low BBQ teamed up for a Fundraising BBQ Cookout.
FNB Bank, founded in 1875, has eight locations in western Kentucky.
