A Cadiz man showed up at lottery headquarters earlier this month with the winning Cash Ball 225 ticket from the Saturday, May 5th drawing.
William Skinner matched the first four numbers and the cash ball to win the game’s top prize of $225,000 dollars.
When Skinner visited the Exxon Store in Oak Grove on Monday after the drawing, he was told that he had won. Skinner said he and his wife had just had a conversation a couple of days before the drawing about how nice it would be to win, and they could get out of debt.
Exxon will receive $2,250 for selling the winning ticket.
