Authorities say an Auburn man has been charged with receiving stolen property in connection to a stolen vehicle.
According to the Logan County Sheriff’s Office, an investigation led to the arrest of 54-year old Stacey Flippin Wednesday night around 6:20. He as charged with Receiving Stolen Property Under $10,000, and 1st Degree Criminal Mischief.
Deputies say they received a report Tuesday that a pickup truck had been stolen from 149 Felts Cemetery Road in Auburn. They indicate the vehicle had also been vandalized after it was stolen.
The sheriff’s office reports the investigation is ongoing and additional charges are pending. In addition to the charges, Flipped was served two active warrants and a Criminal Summons out of Logan County District Court.
