A Russellville man is facing drug charges after authorities say they found meth and marijuana in his vehicle Tuesday night. The Logan County Sheriff’s Department reports a deputy arrived at a home in the 200 block of North Franklin Street shortly after 7:35pm to serve an Emergency Protective Order on 23-year old Quinton Duncan.

Upon arrival, Duncan was seen getting out of a pickup truck in the driveway and the deputy says he detected a strong odor of marijuana coming from Duncan and observed in two small ziplock bags containing crystal meth in the driver’s seat. During a search of the vehicle, the deputy also reportedly found marijuana and multiple items of drug paraphernalia.

Duncan was arrested and booked into the Logan County Detention Center charged with 1st Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine), Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
