Power has been restored to more than 11,000 Pennyrile Electric customers after a bird knocked out power at the Cadiz substation Thursday morning. Spokesman Brent Gilkey says the outage affected Pennyrile Electric customers three counties.
The outage occurred around 7:50am and power was restored around 8:35am.
