Police are investigating a burglary at a business on Glass Avenue in which more than $3,700 worth of power tools and a handgun were reported stolen.
Eric Chilton with Chilton’s Custom Fabrication located at 1459c Glass Avenue filed a burglary report with Hopkinsville Police that sometime between 2:30 Sunday afternoon and 8:45 Monday morning unknown suspects entered the business and unlawfully removed a Milwaukee Portable Bandsaw and case, a black semiautomatic pistol, a Miller Diversion Tig Welder and foot pedal, and miscellaneous hand and power tools with a total estimated value of $3,715.00.
