Wranglers Sets Marshall Strong Benefit Ride For March

A Memorial Trail Ride benefiting Marshall Strong will be held in mid-March at Wranglers Campground at Land Between The Lakes in cooperation with the Friends of Land Between the Lakes. Director of Outreach and Sustainability, Jennifer Wheatley notes the cost will be a $10 donation for each person, with Wranglers’ fees waived for the day.

Wheatley says all donations will be given to the Marshall Strong accounts at Community Financial Services Bank and First Kentucky Banks, which are the Marshall County High School Victim Fund of the Youth Services Fund of the Marshall County Rotary Club. She adds W-9 forms are available from the Marshall County Rotary Club.

Wranglers’ Manager Jamey Thweatt says the Wranglers’ community stands with Marshall County and this is their way of showing love and support to the victims, their families and the entire region.

The Memorial Trail Ride for Marshall Strong will be held at the campground at 10:00 Saturday morning, March 17. Officials note the campground will also be open to non-participants with the regular fee structure.
