The economic development climate in the southern Pennyrile is showing some positive signs. South Western Kentucky EDC Director Mark Lindsey told Trigg County Fiscal Court during a recent meeting the number of inquiries are increasing.
Lindsey says many projects take several years to materialize.
He says the Todd County project was the culmination of a partnership involving several agencies.
Lindsey adds the D & W Finepack building in Cadiz will soon be listed as available, with the South Western Kentucky EDC working with the employees of the former manufacturer to help them find work.
